Ross Smith joined PA in 2003 in Boston and is now a Managing Consultant, working in the delivery of complex IS projects primarily in the Utilities and Telecommunications. Smith is an international IS/GIS Project Management and Systems Integration professional with a M.Sc. in GIS and over 14 years of commercial application development and project management experience.
Prior to joining PA, Smith lead the GIS Professional Services Group for a large engineering firm, overseeing projects across Europe. He has a BA in Geography from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and an M.Sc. in GIS earned in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Neil Saward is a Principal with PA Consulting and has spent the last 10 years delivering major IT change initiatives for leading global organizations. His recent work has encompassed the development of pragmatic GIS strategies and business cases in the cable industry, as well as program delivery assurance across a number of sectors.
