Adam Mowlam is the Coordinator of Spatial Systems and Application Development at Wyndham City Council. He holds a BGeomEng (Hons), BIS, and a PhD from the University of Melbourne. He has over 6 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). His responsibilities include building and managing the enterprise GIS, in-house desktop, web and mobile application development, spatial data management and policy development. He is particularly interested in crowd-sourced applications and using innovative solutions to improve business operations.
