Andrew Ross is a Director within the Engineering team at Ingres. He leads a team of software engineers to work on Ingres community projects including Geospatial and CAFE. Prior to joining Ingres, Andrew was an Architect and software developer at Nortel. Andrew has been developing and using open source for over a decade and teaching University classes using open source since 2004. He is a charter member of The Open Source Geospatial Foundation. Andrew is Founder and President of the Free and Open Source Software Learning Centre, a non-profit dedicated to improving people's lives through skills development and outreach using open source.
