Bob Meador has been active in the GIS industry for close to 20 years. Currently, Bob is the Director, GeoTAX Product Management for Group 1 Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes. In this position, Bob is responsible for the direction and content of the GeoTAX product line. Bob comes to Group 1 from Geographic Data Technology (now TeleAtlas North America) where he held a variety of positions including Sales Director; Director, Utilities and Telecommunications Markets; and Manager, Business Development. He has extensive experience in the uses of commercially available street centerline, boundary and postal data sets in a wide range of vertical industry markets.
