Charlie Pecchio has over 35 years experience in executive management, business development, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions, and he has served as officer and director of many private and public companies. He advises 3K3 clients on strategic planning and business expansion.  Previously, he served as a director, Chief Executive Officer, and Vice Chairman of 3001, Inc., where he led 3001’s recapitalization and expansion through organic growth and key acquisitions prior to its merger into Northrop Grumman

Charlie was founder of Verification Solutions, Inc. (VeriSol) and he spearheaded the design, development and implementation of VeriSol Vehicle Insurance Verification (VIV) software for online real-time verification of auto insurance through Web services. VeriSol is now the leader in online vehicle insurance verification. He was responsible for taking Return On Investment Corporation (ROI) from a small, privately held company with a few software installations to a public company with hundreds of thousands of installations by focusing on providing the best possible payment processing software and superior customer service. ROI acquired, and was the parent company of, GO Software, Inc., a leading provider of payment processing software, until its sale to VeriFone Holdings, Inc. Charlie has provided several other companies with capital and consulting services related to business development and mergers and acquisitions, and has served as a director and officer of many of those companies in the U.S., the U.K, Germany, France and Switzerland.
