Chris Spagnuolo

Chris has been working in the GIS field for nearly 15 years. If it involves GIS, he's probably done it...everything from field data collection to large scale enterprise GIS deployments. He has worked with teams of varying sizes and technical ability in a wide variety of roles, from GIS technician to project manager. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from the teams he's worked with. This includes both technical knowledge as well as insights into team dynamics and project management. Through this experience, he has reached the conclusion that the most effective way to deliver value is by the implementation of agile practices. He believes strongly in the effectiveness of agile practices and has become the resident agile evangelist at DTS Agile. He will be at the ESRI Developer's Summit in Palm Springs next week (March 17-20, 2008) and will be available to discuss the survey and results. When he's not talking about agile practices or GIS, you can find him cycling the roads around Ft. Collins or enjoying the surf and SCUBA diving in the tropics.
