Dustin Brown

Dustin is currently the SQL Server DBA for the Ohio Department of Transportation, where he has worked for 7 years. He attended the University of Findlay and Columbus State Community College. Most recently, he worked on the URISA ESIG award-winning TIMS project, administering the GIS database, monitoring, performance tuning and implementing Microsoft best practices.

Alongside the TIMS project, Dustin oversees the SQL Server environment for ODOT. He assists on multiple state-wide projects including ODOT weather tracking system, traffic monitoring, data warehousing and many others related to database server installation, migration and consolidation.
