Ian Fitzgerald is the IT/GIS Operations Manager for Truckee Donner PUD and is a MSc with distinction recipient in GIS from Manchester Metropolitan University. Mr. Fitzgerald has held executive industry positions of EGUG President, GISCI Board of Director, GITA Board of Director, and CGIA Board of Director.
