Jason as worked in GIS for five years or so. He spends half his time doing desktop GIS supporting multiple county departments including Public Works, Building Inspections, Board of Elections, etc. The other half he creates and maintains a number of small Web mapping applications used by county offices as well as outside agencies.
His geospatial interests include creating small, focused Web mapping applications, spatial databases (particularly PostGIS), GeoServer, ArcGIS Server and Google Maps. His other interests include fishing (and sometimes catching), getting outside in warm weather and enjoying fatherhood.
