Larry T. Nierth is a GIS Supervisor for the City of Houston’s Enterprise GIS Division within the Planning Department. He has over 15 years of GIS experience in public sector agencies ranging from the state to the local level in transportation, water utilities, environmental resources and city planning. He is a three time ESRI International Map Gallery Award winner specializing in 3D analysis, mapping and cartographic display for the City of Houston. He holds certifications as a GISP, CTT+, Certified ESRI Trainer, and recently received his master's degree in GIS (MGIS) from Penn State University.
