Lisa Krizan

Lisa Krizan has been a researcher with the Department of Defense since 1987. She received a master’s degree from the Joint Military Intelligence College in 1996 and developed many of the ideas for this paper as part of her thesis on benchmarking the intelligence process. A second-generation intelligence scholar, she follows the example set by her father, 1972 Defense Intelligence College graduate Allen J. Montecino, Jr., Colonel, USAF (Ret).
