Mark Dumas has 14 years of experience as a GIS professional with experience through consulting tours at Florida Power & Light (FPL), Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Prior to founding SPADAC, Mr. Dumas was promoted from an entry-level engineer to the deputy program manager at SAIC’s Hazard Assessment and Simulation Organization (HASO) in under four years. At HASO, Mr. Dumas was recognized with an Outstanding Achievement Award, which is given to less than one percent of employees annually.
In his first executive role, Mr. Dumas founded SPADAC in 2002 to pursue his passion in the areas of GIS and complex problem solving. Mr. Dumas holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
