Mr. Greer is a Principal and Senior Biologist for WRA, Inc. with 18 years of environmental consulting experience in biology and project management.  He has extensive experience managing and conducting a wide variety of biological consulting services from biological resource assessments and CEQA/NEPA analysis to resource agency permitting, mitigation planning, and natural areas and preserve management.  He is certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist by the Society of Wetland.
