Richard D. Quodomine
Richard D. Quodomine is a transportation analyst and GIS coordinator at the New York State Department of Transportation. He also serves as the vice chair of the Public/Private Affinity Group of the Association of American Geographers and is active in professional development and education in the GIS community.
