Rodrigo Barriga-Vargas is the secretary general of the Pan American Institute of Geography, a polytechnic engineer in geography, and was director of the Military Geographical Institute of Chile and vice president of CP-IDEA, which is now UN-GGIM: Americas. He is also the speaker and ambassador for Eye on Earth Summit 2015.
