Ross Smith joined PA in 2003 in Boston and is now a Managing Consultant, working in the delivery of complex IS projects primarily in the Utilities and Telecommunications. Smith is an international IS/GIS Project Management and Systems Integration professional with a M.Sc. in GIS and over 14 years of commercial application development and project management experience.
Karl Boone is also a Managing Consultant and has over 20 years' experience helping service providers and utilities deliver first class service to customers. His recent experience includes: cost-to-serve, customer service and GIS-related projects for a UK energy company and water company; an asset management strategy, roadmap and solution build for a US water company; and a GIS strategy, roadmap and business case for a US cable operator.
