Roy Hawkins is the Battlespace Awareness Functional Capability Board Coordinator at U.S. Joint Forces Command. He was previously Deputy Director of Intelligence for Joint Task Force Civil Support, a deployable component of U.S. Northern Command responsible for planning and integrating the military response to domestic consequence management operations during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive situation.
