Mr. McMullin has been specializing in transportation and logistics for package carriers DHL Worldwide and Airborne Express for five years. He supported various decisions resulting from the merger of the largest international and third biggest domestic carriers. Specialization includes transportation hub and network modeling, station location decisions, zip code densities, driver productivity assessment, and sort facility location feasibilities. Key customer groups include industrial engineering, operations management, field services support, sales and marketing, contracts and properties. He is currently transitioning DHL’s GIS functions to Integral GIS, Inc. in Seattle and will be involved moving forward. Prior to his stint with Integral, DHL and Airborne, Mr. McMullin received his master’s degree from the University of Washington in GIS and Business. His thesis was titled “Trade Area Assessment and Customer Prospecting: A Case Study Utilizing Geographic Information Technologies.” His preparation for graduate school included stints as a commercial real estate appraiser and land transportation supervisor.

Mr. Moore is passionate about geospatial visualization and analysis. The conceptual distillation of some of this work can be found in the book, Integrated Geospatial Technologies, co-authored with Jeff Thurston and Tom Poiker. Mr. Moore holds Bachelors degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics, as well as a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering all from the University of Washington.
