Stephen Webster is the Chief Operating Officer for Tactician Corporation with responsibility for leading the strategic planning, marketing, sales, third party channel, operational and financial aspects of the organization. Prior to joining Tactician, Steve was the Division President, Technology and Services, Product Management and Marketing for IRI North America. Steve also held leadership positions with Engage Technologies, where he was Group Vice President for Engage Media, and ADVO, where he was Vice President, Strategic Business Development. Steve's career began with PepsiCo where he held positions in finance, marketing, strategy development, sales and general management. Steve's career highlights include the development of an internet advertising profile based targeting solution, enabling advertisers to innovatively reach unique, high performing consumer segments; a major initiative to develop a national sub-zip code consumer targeting platform, enabling industry leading targeting precision and investment efficiency for category clients; the development of knowledge and category management insight solutions, enabling improved sales and productivity enhancements for a major direct mail company; and developing a comprehensive strategic plan and implementation initiatives, resulting in enhanced profitability and market place performance for a major soft drink bottling operation.
