Thomas Fisher

Thomas Fisher, AICP, GISP has over 17 years of professional experience in GIS and currently holds the position of Information Systems & Technology Manager for the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD), a political subdivision of the state of Ohio that was organized in 1933 to develop and implement a plan to reduce flooding and conserve water for beneficial public uses in the Muskingum River Watershed of eastern Ohio. Prior to joining the MWCD, Fisher was a Transportation and GIS Analyst with Wilbur Smith Associates (now CDM Smith) in Kansas City, Missouri.
