Senior Sales Executive

GIS Data Resources, LLC (GDR) www.gdr.com comes from a rich history of parcel/cadastre mapping, including the highly accurate Addresspoints™ product, for public safety, insurance, large utilities and telecommunication companies, for network planning, business development, dispatching, routing, etc. Through this process, GDR has accumulated approximately 80 million parcels, which are housed in either an ESRI or AutoCAD format, depending on the particular project. The GDR approach has been project-by-project, client-by-client with most of the mapping done in the urban areas of the US.

GDR is actively recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive to sell and service the full suite of GDR’s GIS products and services. Operating out of the Northern California corporate offices, the Senior Sales Executive will have complete responsibility for a variety of industries and accounts throughout the U.S. The candidate will be responsible for introducing the products and services to new client opportunities, servicing the existing customer base and developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, industry professionals & business partners. Extensive travel, throughout the U.S., to client sites, conferences, trade shows, etc., will be required.

The successful candidate will have 5-7 years in sales and/or sales management. Additional qualifications include a strong sales aptitude, excellent client handling skills, strong writing skills and excellent communications skills. Experience within the GIS community, or related areas, is desirable. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, or a similar field.
