The Program Manager will be charged with creating and managing project specifications; interfacing with clients; tracking and reporting metrics and reports; as well as mentoring, supervising and managing a large group of engineers, technicians and managers. In order to accomplish this, he/she must have a deep understanding of the telecommunications, electric, gas, GIS and engineering industries and be able to stay current with industry trends.
Job Requirements
Experience Required:
• 8+ years project experience in the management of telecommunications, electric, gas, or rail engineering data.
• Strong knowledge of GIS, engineering and asset management software tools.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and project expense management
• PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

The successful candidate must be approved to work in the U.S. and have a strong background in successfully completing large customer projects in data management, engineering, or software development. He/she must have strong inter-personal and communications skills, be goal and quality focused, and have demonstrated experience building and managing successful and diverse work teams.
