Job Description

Apex Project Managers participate in all aspects of accounts, including creating proposals and managing contract/scope issues. Project Managers ensure that projects are completed on time and according to project specifications. He/she must also spearhead technical design and specification development, production, and close-out. The Project Manager must be able to prepare project status reports and make recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential, as the primary account contact.

Job Requirements

Experience Required:
• 4+ years experience in project management
• Experience with telecommunications, electric or gas utilities, GIS, informational databases or related technology.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Other:
The successful candidate must be approved to work in the U.S. and will have a strong background in Project Management, as well as a dedication to getting the job done. He/she will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have the ability to monitor project schedules and budgets, throughout the project life cycle. Also desired is a candidate that is skilled at completing lessons learned and cost/schedule analysis.
