SRC, LLC is growing and looking to add talented, dedicated players to our team. We are a leading provider of Geospatial Business Intelligence solutions whose product and service offerings are utilized by some of the most recognizable and respected companies in the world.
The Account Manager position will focus on managing the relationships and needs of strategic accounts to ensure renewal and growth. This includes creating a close working relationship with our Strategic high value customers to reduce client attrition and maximize revenue potential from this segment of the business. The Account manager will be responsible for maintaining 100% of renewal revenue. Although retention and new revenue streams are key, client relations and long term partnerships are at this position's core. This is not an outside sales role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Contact and visit identified accounts to establish themselves as the contact for all day to day issues.
Maintain close customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions, identify new and emerging customer needs.
Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to facilitate communication and resolve customer issues.
Inform customers of new product and service offerings. Sell product upgrades, training, and service opportunities to current customers.
Identification of new business opportunities for field sales.
Get referrals from customers and identify satisfied customers for references.
Develop and make presentations to Clients regarding SRC products and services.
Facilitate sales efforts, maintain customer and lead records on our corporate database and contact management system .
Remain up-to-date on SRCs solutions and products.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in any of the following areas: Geographic Information Systems, Business Intelligence solutions, or Data Quality/Data Transformation, ETL solutions.
Effective working with all levels of business and technology stakeholders, including the C level in large organizations.
Bachelors degree in business, technical degree, or equivalent training in business, plus a minimum of three years of experience in solution and software account management.
Must have demonstrated project management skills
Must be a polished professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic database & technical experience SQL (Oracle a plus).
Ability to travel up to 30%.
