Job Description

A small successful geospatial technology consulting company in the Denver Tech Center area has a opening for a full-time Marketing and Sales Administrator to support the Sales Department.

DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Marketing / Market Research / Sales Lead Generation:
- Implement and maintain marketing plan
- Track and assign leads
- Schedule, coordinate, confirm and follow-up on Webinars
- Schedule, compose and track newsletter Email blasts
- Lead research, validation and posting to CRM

Other Activities:
- Manage and update content on company websites
- Coordinate sales meetings
- General sales administration activities
- Special projects and ad hoc requests by Sales Department
- Other activities and facilitate sales and marketing success

Job Requirements

Minimum four years marketing / sales department experience, proven success record of planning and executing sales and marketing events. Knowledge of web marketing and advertising preferred. Education – degree in Marketing or equivalent experience. Must have experience with MS Office products (Goldmine CRM experience a plus).

We are seeking a self-starter with the ability to manage several projects and assignments simultaneously. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, be tenacious, ambitious, and determined with excellent consultative people skills.
