• Drive and support sales of new NAVTEQ products, services and solutions. Provide product expertise and support throughout the sales process.
Work with the customer marketing/NCS/Product Management to ensure training is provided as needed to the larger sales force on new NAVTEQ products.
• System Engineer
• Provide substantial technical advisory support throughout the pre sales process
• Understand, articulate and document customer’s requirements to manage expectations and provide excellent customer service
• Provide product demonstrations of NAVTEQ solutions to prospective customers and partners
• Bid Management
• Complete comprehensive Bids/RFP responses for all NAVTEQ products, services and solutions
• Review RFP and bid/qualifications request documents so that customer requirements are clearly understood.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, geography, GIS, or relevant field
• 7+ of experience in GIS, including customer facing activities
• Significant proven industry experience, reputation, and knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and leadership skills
• Deep knowledge of ESRI software and strong professional network within the ESRI company
