We have an outstanding opportunity for a Mapping Analyst/Coordinator.

The Mapping Analyst/Coordinator will maintain current mapping processes of communicating field change requests between the customer and the external vendor as well as verifying the accuracy of said edits on final maps. They will also be writing and maintaining scripts/programs to automate daily tasks for the team.

*Perform day to day mapping process tasks. This includes printing of proof maps and scanning feedback from the field to be passed on to the vendors,
*Researching issues as reported from the customer hotline, the Internet, and the restaurants.
*Updating Street Range data as necessary and downloading to restaurants.
Communicating mapping changes with customers and vendors.
*Take care of map requests from all departments across YUM.
*Writing and maintaining scripts/programs to automate daily tasks

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

*Undergraduate in Computer Science, GIS And/Or Business related field with working knowledge of computer programming, decision logic, and related database applications.

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

*Some working knowledge and experience in database/programming or system testing with ability to learn on the job.
*Self-starter and willing to take system to new heights
*Some level of Customer Service experience required.
*Applied programming experience.
*Basic knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting, Visual Basic, and FTP.
*Proficient in Microsoft Products Word, Power Point, and Excel.
*Proficiency in ESRI GIS and Mapping software preferred, basic understanding of MapInfo a plus
