We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant. As the lead member of our accounting group, strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial for this position.
Primary responsibilities:
• Supervision of accounting staff
• Preparation of financial statements
• Management of general ledger including capital assets & accruals
• Assisting in the preparation of cash forecasts
• Management of foreign currency transactions
• Assess, establish & maintain internal controls
• Liaise with external auditors
• Ad hoc reporting, including monthly & year-end analysis, project budgeting
Requirements:
• Accounting designation and/or post secondary degree.
• 3+ years of applicable work experience
