Qualifications:
3-5 years Business Analyst/Project management experience in managing the development of software applications from analysis through implementation.
Effective management, leadership and team interaction skills
Superior communication and writing skills
Good organizational skills
Possess high level of analytical and problem solving skills
Requirements:
Ability to:
Utilize project scheduling software (MS Project preferred) and other documentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling and resource allocation.
Communicate effectively with customers, management, technical and non-technical personnel in oral, written and graphical presentations.
Perform a broad range of supervisory responsibilities over others.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Onsite-Offshore cordination experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Candidate will coordinate all aspects of an I.T. project, including client relations, work prioritization, scopes of work, scheduling and resource allocation.
Candidate will develop a clear understanding of client I.T. goals and objectives, including growth plans, budgets, mandates and organizational structure.
Candidate will proactively seek customer solutions to unrecognized business issues and problems and identify ways emerging technologies can benefit the customer.
Candidate will manage project lifecycle through the use of project management software. This will include identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones and required task.
Candidate will assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel. Candidate will also confer with project personnel to provide technical guidance and problem resolution.
Candidate will review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules and plans as required. Candidate will also monitor and evaluate the work of project personnel.
Candidate will prepare project status reports and keep upper management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
