My exact responsibilities are:
• Design and development of MIS, CIS, BIS systems and their connection with geographic representations
• Design and development of LBS (Location Based Services) systems
• Design and development of Solutions in Marketing using GIS Tools (Sales analysis, Routing and scheduling, Fleet management, GPS monitoring)

Try to describe the best solution for a problem that a client of have. Every case is a totally deferent problem, and that the challenge.

Knowing MapInfo was a great advantage that has been combined with the fact that I was working with Business GIS for 12 years.

Every case is a totally deferent problem, and that the challenge. There are some problems that looks like the same, but in detailed they are completely deferent.

• Writing technical statements that will be included in the proposal.
• Perform training
• Having Project Management on proposed projects

Look at the geographical and technical part mostly, but take a small look on the business part also. Knowing the business will make you understand (read between the lines) what the business man (clients) wants to tell you, and make you select the best solution for them.

It is time now to be a GIS Manager in a big Organization. Mostly in the telecoms area.
