  Responsiblities:
  To assist Scientists for over all Remote Sensing and GIS works of their projects.
  Teach Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics to M.Sc Environmental Science and M.Sc Geology Students of KSKV Kachchh Univeristy.
  Maintenance of GIS and RS Laboratory, computer hardware and software assets of the Institute.

  Centre for Environment and Development, Eastern Regional Centre - Bhubaneshwar. (May     2009 to Jan 2010). Designation: Research Associate cum Course Coordinator.     
Achievements:
  Efficiently managed Eastern Regional Centre at Bhubaneshwar which included Administration, Admission and Liaisons with various Government Departments, NGOs and Engineering colleges.
  Teaching ArcGIS 9.3 and ERDAS Imagine to Certificate Course Trainees.
  GIS maps for PAHELI project (designed by UNDP, PRATHAM and district partners, carried out by Pratham and District partners), the entire mapping work was done using open source softwares.

Achievements:
  Satellite imagery processing and ground verification data collection for Land use & Land cover mapping of Western Kachchh region including three Lignite mining sites.
  Assisted in Floral and Faunal biodiversity surveys.
  Landscape characterization; Participatory rural mapping; Integration of Socio-economic, Floral, Faunal and Environmental data on GIS Platform.
  Land-use/Land-cover mapping and Change detection of Sanghipuram Area.
  Assisted in maintenance of Computer software and hardware assets of the Institute.

  Landuse & Landcover mapping of Sariska Tiger Reserve using Landsat satellite data.
  Infrastructure mapping using Handheld GPS.

  Socio-economic data collection, compilation and analysis of villages inside the National park.
  Camera trapping and line transects for prey – predator density and distribution.
  Compilation of various field data on a GIS platform and map generation for the final report.
