-In order to have the most complete offering of Marcellus and Utica oil and gas leases, it is important to have feet on the ground monitoring the fringe counties of these productive plays. Over the past months, Apollo Mapping, in conjunction with our Pennsylvania-based partner Surfside Abstracting/Jim Bourbeau Land Service, has recorded increased leasing active in Hardin and Pike County, Ohio. Both Hardin and Pike are located at the western edge of the Utica Shale which is known for rich, liquid hydrocarbon deposits.

Our leases are updated at least once every other week with weekly updates to more than a third of the counties. We track and update the key attributes that impact energy development decisions including lessee, lessor, lease expiration dates, royalty and bonus payments as well as formation specific and top leased tracts.
