Future emergency calls could include your location and allow you to send video in the Federal Communications Commission's vision of Next Generation 9-1-1. The FCC's NG911 plan has five steps to allow voice, text, data, phones and video emergency calls. The FCC has already launched PLAN to alert mobile-device owners of nearby dangers.
