The State Health Access and Data Assistance Center maps out the change in insurance rates, between 2011 and 2012. Only seven states saw a statistically significant decline in the uninsured rate. Two, New Hampshire and Colorado, actually saw their uninsured rates go up.

STV in Scotland has plotted the cost of alcohol related damage in its 32 council areas.
Scotland's largest council area, Glasgow City Council area tops the list with alcohol-related harm costing £364.79m in 2010-11 — the equivalent of £615 per person.
The data and map may help guide policies to better overall health and cut government costs.
