DigitalGlobe Obtains Antitrust Clearance in Connection With GeoEye Combination

Jan 09, 2013-DigitalGlobe, Inc. (NYSEDGI), a leading global provider of high-resolution earth imagery solutions, today announced that it has received antitrust clearance from the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with DigitalGlobe's pending combination with GeoEye, Inc. (NASDAQ:GEOY).
