Intergraph stock moves on news of Intel litigation

An announcement yesterday in an Intergraph press release that the court-ordered mediation in the ongoing Intergraph/Intel litigation suit had resulted in both parties going back to the discussion table. “The Company has received a number of calls today inquiring about on-going mediation talks with Intel. The Company is issuing this statement to confirm that talks continue,” said Intergraph CEO Jim Taylor. In what can be interpreted as a potential settlement, perhaps in the near future, sent Intergraph (NASDAQ:INGR)stock up $3.00, or over 21% in Wednesday trading.
