Acquis Topology Loader, ATL, is a unique utility toolkit that automatically creates and bulk loads Oracle 10g topology data from Oracle 8i/9i/10g Spatial or Locator tables.

The loaded topology data conforms to the Oracle 10g Topology Manager conventions and specifications. ATL is the only utility available in the global marketplace for loading topology data into Oracle 10g.
