data creation, editing and management.
Add, move, cut, copy, paste, rotate and delete attributes, features, points, and text. Undo, redo, and navigate back and forward between functionality and views.With a click of the mouse, customize CARIS Carta display - re-size windows, organize the tool bar with drag & drop functionality, add hyperlinks (multimedia), and create and display text using point, curved, or multi-point lines.
CARIS Carta provides advanced functionality in: project creation and management; database and ODBC management (including creating and writing attribution information to databases);
file conversion of competitive offerings;
vector & raster layers, topology, and coutouring creation and management; annotation, classification, and masking; query and selection (including lasso, point, range, circle, line, SQL, buffer, and geometry); analysis, reporting and printing.
