Overview

Compucon’ V.I.P.S. (Vehicle Identification Positioning System) is a comprehensive suite of Fleet Management solutions (in-house developed hardware and software is provided) based on automatic position identification via GPS, as well as the transmission of fixes through GSM / GPRS / TETRA networks. Some of the V.I.P.S. solutions are enabled by Microsoft MapPoint®, extending its functionality to provide instantaneous vehicle -location, -tracking and -data acquisition.
