Overview
Congressional and state legislative district boundaries for desktop mapping. Nationwide files include U.S. House of Representatives, upper and lower houses of 49 state legislatures, Nebraska's unicameral legislature, and Council of the District of Columbia. Single state files are also available. Boundaries are based on census TIGER/LineŽ files and are represented by strings of x,y coordinate pairs (vertices) expressed as NAD 27 latitude/longitude, decimal degrees.
