GeoTel Communications, Inc.GeoTel provides geographically enabled telecommunications data. The core data components are carrier fiber points of presence (POPs), fiber "lit" buildings, cell towers, central offices, internet exchanges (MAEs-NAPS), carrier neutral colocation facilities-data centers, and carrier IP backbones. Data can be provided in most GIS software formats. Coverage is offered from 1 square mile of a city to the entire United States. GeoTel goes a step further and can layer it's data on top of satellite or aerial digital photography making all of this deliverable to our clients on CD-ROM, DBF, or online, on demand via GeoTel's subscription based internet portal.
