Overview

CartoVCL exploits the Borland Delphi VCL architecture, allowing the "Carto" mapping engine to be compiled directly into the executable. The partnership between CartoVCL and Borland Delphi delivers true RAD for the 'spatial software developer'. Attribute database independent. Source code to CartoMAP Viewer supplied. Royalty free.
