Overview

Provides E-911 dispatchers with an interactive map displaying all active calls. Provides the following capabilities:

• Pan to address
• Live location of call location
• Locate intersection
• Dispatcher entry of a special events to display on map
• Interaction between all dispatch stations for map display
• Multiple address matching layers
• Aerial Image integration
• Scale printing

Geo-coding capabilities allow for the configuration and prioritization of multiple address matching layers. An address can now be validated against a variety of GIS layers including points (address points), polygons (tax parcels), and lines (road network).
