GTG's Citizen Action System is a web-based GIS application designed specifically for tracking citizen complaints, concerns, and other general feedback. CAS allows an organization to quickly and effectively respond to consumer inquiries. CAS makes use of ESRI's MapObjects, providing mapping of inquiry locations posted to the CAS database.
