Overview

Greatbigblue DESKTOP is a software application that provides companies, with real-time Vehicle and Driver management information via GPRS, with configurable information and mapping held locally on a DESKTOP. Whilst greatbigblue WEB is the standard solution, with information and mapping accessed via the WEB. Identification and authorisation of individual drivers, and groups of drivers for specified vehicles, to generate focused management reports. Information about the movements and operations of vehicles is presented in reports that are clear and concise. This enables all the journeys made by a vehicle or fleets of vehicles to be audited, and the hours worked by staff may be verified. A vehicle can be located in a matter of seconds and a history of its activities re-played and viewed. Multiple vehicles and locations may be viewed at various levels, using a detailed mapping system, and a comprehensive reporting system with varying styles available to suit the needs of every end-user. greatbigblue is used to measure the relative performance of drivers and assist with the planning of efficient work schedules, and practices. It delivers a cost-effective fleet management tool, with many useful applications, and helps end-users to optimise the efficiency of mobile work-forces.
