Overview

Tony is an experienced management consultant and public sector manager. He specializes in program evaluations; productivity and competitiveness assessments; fleet replacement planning and financing strategies; maintenance facilities reviews and facilities space needs assessments. Prior to joining Mercury Associates, he was Senior Manager in the Fleet and Facilities Division of Eclipse, a division of Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation, and Senior Consultant for Maximus. Before beginning his consulting career in 2000, he worked for Kansas City/Wyandotte consolidated city/county government for twelve years.
