Technicians can download work for a specific period of time, work offline capturing all necessary information including customer signature and then upload those details to Nexterna Clearview for immediate processing without any back office assistance.

MBS Ubiquitous Wireless Data Communication – To be effective, your technicians need to synchronize data from their mobile devices throughout the day. A vehicle-mounted mobile base station and GPS receiver make it easy to synchronize the necessary information with the Nexterna™ Clearview Mobile application. And, Nexterna can directly supply you with extremely competitive, fixed-rate airtime for a combination of wireless networks – including satellite, terrestrial data, cellular/GPRS, and 802.11 networks.

GPS Location Integration (MBS with AVL) – Integrated mapping dispatch puts the right people in the right place at the right time. Clearview Link (XML Integration) – Nexterna Clearview Link is an integration / data exchange tool used to transfer information between the Nexterna™ Clearview system and other applications using XML. Since document tags and their structural relationships can be clearly defined in XML, users can import/export information quickly and easily. With the use of XSLT, the XML generated can be transformed to the specific layouts required by another software application that may not support XML integration. With Nexterna Clearview Link, companies can take advantage of Nexterna Clearview's extensive service management capabilities, and move information in and out based on their requirements.

Scheduling and Logistics Optimization - Nexterna will offer third party optimization software for specific packages either directly or through partnership arrangements.
