NovaLIS' Assessment Office fully automates property appraisal and administration practices. It combines the proven capabilities of Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA), assessment administration systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), document imaging, and workflow management technology into a complete business solution for the management and valuation of real and personal property. Assessment Office supports a variety of valuation models, including: income-based, component cost, market, and other user defined approaches to valuation. Through our Extension Program, we also integrate with popular statistical packages. For example NovaLIS business partner Valcura International has developed a process to handle Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA).
