The Geographic Attribute and Transaction Engine (GATE) is a series of tools, which can be added to Parcel Editor. GATE brings increased functionality to Parcel Editor by enabling users to maintain the integrity of their map data and to store historical information with a copy-to-history tool using the ArcSDE and Geodatabase gateways.
