The Talbot County Department of Emergency Services, MD, offers the “Talbot County Incident Map” based on Bing Maps. The map shows accidents, trees down, flooding and other hazards as reported to the 911 center. I think this is the first government map based on Bing I've seen in some months; Nokia is cited as a map source, not HERE.
The Dakota Resource Council (North Dakota) offers a map of oil spills, saltwater spills and other spills between 2000-2013. The map itself from GuageCartographics has no "about" nor any explanation of why the map was published and how often it's updated. The article from local TV station says its updated "continuously." A tiny little "i" in the lower left corner of the map links to MapBox terms and feedback.
